Moving on to the summer, how do you usually feel about the summer season? Does it inspire, challenge or change your approach to health? During the summertime, people tend to have a longer break in August if they're working, so that they're all looking forward to that. And so I think, for me, that's probably a more rest period that have recouped all the busyness, you know, over the months in during spring times and summer is for rest for me and maybe sort of to see family if they're overseas or make the most of the longer period that you can take off from work. So mentally you can sort of wind down a little bit. And do you find that holidays or travel affect how people manage their health? Yeah, I think sometimes, because I used to manage a weight management programme, so people will sort of, you know, sometimes you go all inclusive or see family, you tend to sort of over, sort of overindulge a little bit. So yeah, that, you know, is understandable. But, you know, that's still keep in check I think, especially if you have got a long-term condition. The summer brings longer days and shorter nights which can disrupt sleep routines. Have you noticed this about your community and how would you advise they deal with this? I think, yeah, people obviously do welcome more sunshine, but, you know, that's, I think the importance is to get quality sleep and then really look at the sleep hygiene, you know, that's make sure that you have got a pattern to wind down, you know, have a warm drink and make sure that if you worry about the light coming in then you know having the basic blackout that sometimes help individuals or just you know eye blind for your eyes. Those sort of little tips that will work for quite a lot of people and if you work shifts then make sure you adjust that you're receiving the light. If you come back late after you finish work, then maybe you can put a sort of anti-glaze glass to adjust your level of to darken it. So that helps you to create a melatonin. That melatonin normally helps you to go to sleep. So sort of be mindful of some of the little tips and routine that you help you to have a better sleep during the summertime.
