Here, Dana's perspective. How do you usually feel about the summer season? I mean, does it inspire, challenge or change your approach to your health? I was thinking about routine, energy levels or well-being? Well, unfortunately for me, when it gets really hot, when the summer hits, I swell. My legs and my ankles, my fingers swell, so, and all around here. So, it's a little trying for me. And then with the grass-cutting like they're doing today, I have highly allergic to everything green. if it's green, so going out is a little bit tougher. The heat drains me and I'm already drinking a lot of water and it just, I just feel like I can't get enough. So, and then it's hard for me to walk. I have arthritis in my knees and unfortunately my insurance does not want to pay for my injections that I was getting, they stopped paying for them. So it makes it harder on me getting around. I have to sit up, sit with my feet propped up and I still manage, I still eat the right things and manage to get out and do some things. you
