Think back to those positive behaviours and the attitudes that we looked at, are there any that feels particularly relevant for summer and why? I think the exercise and the sleep is relevant because I think summertime you see a lot of people working out. You see a lot of people outside walking and doing different routines. And I just think it's therapeutic. I think just being outside the nature and everything, I just think it's just a positive environment to try to incorporate all of your healthy exercise regimens in that. And of course, sleep. You got to get, without sleep, you're gonna be no good. You know, you can't run on empty because you're not gonna be good to anyone, so they're the two that stand out to me the most. Amazing, all right, another question about the summer. Have you discovered any strategies that help you stay on track with your health over the summer? What works for you and what would you recommend to others? Being encountered, like getting on that scale and see that scale go up, that's what helps me. I'll be like, I need to get myself together, I need to increase my water intake, I need to exercise more, I need to start eating clean, I need to prepare my meals because in the summertime you want to go you go through a drive-thru you you know try to pick up fast foods and things like that so when I get on that scale that's my accountability like when that scale go up I'm like okay I need to get myself together I know what I need to do and then I can feel my body I can feel me being happy I can feel me being bloated so when I get that feeling I know I need to take action like right now and I'm bloated so I know I need to like get myself together and do what I need to do real really important was there. How do you stay supported or connected?
