Any specific strategies, habits, or resources you rely on and you would like to share with us with your community? No, I don't have too many more changes, different changes in the winter and the other seasons. I just make the changes that I have to for climate, for shorter days or longer days. I just keep doing what I normally do, 12 months a year, regardless of what the season is. And the goals for the spring are my same goals for the winter. You just try to maintain pain and to stay on top of any situation I might have as far as my health is concerned. And if I need some help, I know where to get it. Sure. And do you find that your emotional mental health shifts during winter? And how does that impact your motivation or health choices? Well it it can shift, excuse me, during the winter months because I know last well two years ago I actually took off for three months I was off from October till January and I did that to see if I could stand retirement and I found out that I couldn't real, real quick. But what it allowed me to do during that time was, because I had a lot of time at being home a lot, it allowed me to really see how how in the fall, early fall, you still have quite a bit of daylight. But I would sit home in the winter, in December, for example, and I would notice, I said, you know, it's the time I really noticed that at 4, 35 o'clock it's dark outside, street lights are on, and it's not that case in the spring, summer, or early fall. So that made me understand a little bit about how people get depressed because you have so much darkness early in the day, and it made me understand and think how people's lives could really change. But like I said earlier, my day normally ends around five o'clock in the day. That's when I don't have to do anything else except what I want to do when I'm home. So it really didn't affect me too much. I actually liked it because when I went to bed early, it was actually dark outside. But I can understand why people do have issues with wintertime, getting depressed and just feeling gloomy. But my idea about life and living is, if I wake up in the morning, the rest is small stuff, Whether it's dark outside or light, I just, I'm just glad to be living.
