And, ma'am, have you discovered, okay, I guess, strategies that help you stay on track with your health in the summer? I mean, what works for you? And would you recommend anything to others? For me, I just feel like the space is more open in the summer to do some of the things that I wouldn't do in a winter. I guess for motivation, I would just encourage people to take advantage of the fact that the days are longer. the grocery store is more appealing. I think with so much of everything that I don't actually go outside of the house, I guess I would encourage people to go outside to experience things for themselves. I think sometimes you get out of the house, you will feel a little bit better if you want to get out. I think the spring and the summer just encourages my attitude and my mind to go outside and not to stay inside the house. Because when I stay inside all the time, I just feel like I'm isolated as opposed to the summer and the spring. Even though I might not be with people, I can get outside the house and feel like I'm a part of what's going on in the world.
