Excuse me, I have a family member here that may be a bit louder. No, no, no, that's fine. We can hear you loud and clear. OK, so how do you stay motivated or connected to healthy habits? during the fall, okay? I mean, is there a behavior mindset or tool that helps you particularly? I would say my mindset pertaining to, I would say spiritually, that really helps me, just focusing on my relationship with God and what I believe in, just keeping that relationship strong because with the changes, it can be very difficult. I don't feel that anyone can really get through life without any type of support system. And that is the most reliable support system that I have is my spirituality and just being able to rely on the higher power, you know, God and just getting through emotionally. That's really the source of my peace and getting through things. So I would say that. Thank you very much for sharing that. And what could a LifeBridge HealthShare community, the community that we are establishing, what could it do to support you or others through the fall and into the winter? Any ideas for engagement conversations or resources? I would definitely emphasize emotional health or mental health events that helps people maybe interact with each other that maybe get health professionals that can give you information and help you understand your body and your hormones more so that way you're able to find solutions that are gonna help you personally because everyone is different and everyone has a different reaction to different things. So just I would say providing more knowledge for people to learn so that way they can become more aware of themselves and when we're more aware of ourselves, we are able to support each other in a grander aspect. So I would say just maybe providing more events with knowledge and information that's just going to help us be able to take care of ourselves and take care of each other mentally and emotionally. Absolutely, absolutely. Thank you very much. Very, very concisely put. And looking ahead, what are your hopes for your health over the coming season? Any particular goals, changes or intentions that you you set? Intentions and goals, definitely I would say my intention would be to strive and stability and really taking advantage of the cooling of the season when everyone is kind of you know getting back in the house or being more precise of what they're doing with their time. So, and allow myself the time to adjust my time management and gaining and accessing the resources that's going to contribute to me emotionally, mentally, financially, and physically. So yeah, I would say mainly just stability, financially saving as much as I can, getting those resources and access to opportunities that's going to expand my wealth, maintaining a relationship with my providers and always staying updated with my emails for the events and the opportunities that they present to me. So that way I can just be on top of my health because health is ultimate wealth. And also maybe not just being aware or maybe just being aware of trying not to isolate myself during the winter and just trying to be aware of keeping a unified energy in my environment.
