What helps you stay well in the winter months? Any specific strategies, habits or resources that you rely on? I've actually just started my community. My Noom community was talking about those lights that mimic the sun and it actually seems to help a little bit. So solar, I would say solar therapy probably would help me. Also just talking amongst my groups and just seeing, you know, trying to get motivation, having somebody hold me accountable, trying to get a workout partner in the winter is a lot better for me. Because like I said, I don't feel like doing it. But if I have somebody that's nudging me or pushing me, you know, it helps me achieve those goals. Amazing. That's really helpful. or how do you find that your emotional or mental health shift during the winter? How does that impact your motivational health choices? I try not to allow it to get that way. I know that, like I said earlier, you can get into depression. I know a lot of us get depressed when it's darker out. And like I said, we're getting up when it's dark, we're coming home when it's dark. So it just gets monotonous of dealing with the darkness and it can throw you into a saddened mood, depressed mood. So I just try to just stay mindful of my mental health. I just try to do my little mental health checks. Like I said, LifeBridge is very good about sending out communications. So they did like a five step checklist that I actually go through and it helps, it helps.
