Absolutely. And with that in mind, how do you stay supported or connected with your community or care providers during the summer months? What role do they play? Yeah, I wonder if maybe we have a bit of less reliance on kind of care providers during summer, you know, there is a lot less, there's less illness, I feel like during winter, I very much engage with that kind of health content, because I'm very aware of like, you know, I'm making ginger turmeric shots at the moment every morning, because, you know, I know that that winter is coming in, and I need to feel myself, because I'm not to be getting it from kind of elsewhere, I think I very much kind of consume a lot of that content and I rely on that health information and I really draw inspiration on that, whereas I think during summer there's maybe like a bit of less reliance on that, I feel like I'm less worried about adding in all of those nutrients because I feel like I'm getting that from my diet anyway, you know, I'm outside a huge amount during summer so I'm getting a lot of vitamin D, I'm eating a lot of fresh fruits, I'm getting vitamin C, whereas I think, so I don't know, I wonder if there's a bit of like less reliance on care providers during summer, for me anyway, but I think kind of, did you say strategy, sorry? No, my question was how do you say stay supported, connected? Supported, yes, stay supported and connected. Again, I think it's just keeping an eye on what's running, and I think because I'm out and about a lot more, I see things more organically. So when I'm walking the dog outside, for example, I'll see posters for things, whereas I think during winter I'm staying in a lot more and I kind of need, almost need people to kind of put that information in front of me more, whereas I think staying connected in summer is easier, but I think again it's, you know, saying yes to things and joining things and doing things with friends that aren't necessarily just drinking. But yeah, I think it's a bit easier to stay connected to your community in summer because I think people are out and about, you're chatting to people, you're a bit more face-to-face than you are during winter.
