I am going to raise in the next question, so forgive the repetition, what helps you stay well in the winter months? Any specific strategies, habits or resources you rely on? I, I tried to, um, like, well, the first thing in the wintertime when I do is as soon as the fall comes around and into the winter is when I really, really get into it. I have, um, and I try to, um, have an exercise routine. Um, it's not always, I don't like going to gyms because I don't like, um you know being around other people strangers and especially not touching other equipment that people have been sweating on and stuff so i have my own things in at home i have hand weights i have an exercise bike um i have a video game that i dance with so i can dance for at least a half hour, ride my bike for a half hour, do different arm exercises with my hand weights for a couple of reps, but mainly just trying to stay healthy in the wintertime. Thank you very much. Excellent. And do you find that your emotional or mental health shifts during the winter and how does that impact your motivation or health choices? Yeah, well the only reason that my mental health, my mental status changes at all during that season is because I lost my dad a couple days before Christmas. So with that I have to you know just try to keep myself busy, do anything to stay busy and so that I don't don't fall into a depression. Thank you very much for sharing this and what kind of support do you find helpful or wish you had to get through the winter healthily? This could include support from professionals, or peers? No, I mean, I have a lot of support between doctors, psychiatrists, my therapist, my husband, my children. The only ones that I wish I had it from were my grandmother and my dad who passed away, and my mother who is just emotionally unavailable.
