Now, thinking about the kinds of behaviours and attitudes that support good health, is Is there one that really speaks to you in the spring, and why that one, and what are you doing, if anything, or what did you do, or what do you do, if anything, to act on it? Yeah, yeah, and I think, I think I feel more embracing of the taking it one step at a time in the spring like that's that's kind of a viewpoint that is really helpful for me during this time and I think that you know it's just supported because I do feel like you know it's nice out it's not as dark I feel like I have more energy and I can kind of ground myself a little bit better in the spring and you know I think honestly too there's not as much that gets in the way in the spring I feel like a lot of people are talking about health goals and wanting to do better and have that motivation. So I think that's really helpful. And springtime is also just a season of like, you know, we're not in summer vacations yet. It's not cold and dreary and we're just locked in the house. It's, you know, a nice time to just be out and active and moving and taking those small steps. So I don't know that I feel like there's a lot that gets in the way in the springtime.
