If I may ask, spring is often seen as a time for new beginnings. From your perspective, what health-related changes or intentions do you consider in the spring? I always consider doing things in the spring because that's when around where I live at things start to come back to life again after being dormant all winter. Sure. So this year in particular, well, I actually started before springtime. I got together with my healthcare provider at a life bridge and I, you know, started seriously losing weight. I started getting more sleep. And so I feel a lot better now than I did six months ago, an awful lot better. I'm walking a lot more. So that's really my dominant exercise every day. I get in at least six to 7,000 steps every day. And I am 73 years old, and I want to live a lot longer. So I made a decision last winter to take better care of me. I spend all my time taking care of other people. I'm a priest, so I take care of everybody else's needs. But I said, that might be me lying in that hospital bed one day for something that I could prevent. So I started taking care of me a lot more. Thank you very much.
