Yeah, it's a really simple question. Very, very simple questions. First question, Tom, is spring is often seen as a time for new beginnings. What health-related changes or intentions are you considering? And put yourself in the mindset of. Well, the one is I am an exercise person. So with the nice weather coming, I like to increase my exercise workouts. When it's nice outside, I like to walk about two miles a day. So I do increase my walking a lot during spring. That's amazing. That's amazing, Tom. I've got sort of most of the top of your head. Now, if you tilt the camera a bit down, we'll have all of you. It'll just look more engaging for the rest of the people. Brilliant, okay. While you're doing that, I'll bring in the next question. Are there any personal goals you're hoping to start or restart as the season changes into spring? I know you talked about walking, but this could relate to activity or diet or mindset or daily habits. Um, I like to, I don't really like to, but I do do a lot of, um, of puttering around the house, uh, you know, fixing things up that get damaged. We have a screened in porch and I get my porch ready for the nice weather. I uncover the tarp and, uh, it takes me a few days to get that all set. Lovely spring activity. I'm still getting a lot up here, but not of your mouth and face. I don't know if you can angle that down a bit. Slightly more, perhaps, tiny bit more. There you go. Oh, no, you're going back. If it's not possible, then we'll just go with it, but either sit up or angle the thing down. Yes, that's it. Where's it gonna end? That better. Okay. Question number three. Have you ever made a health resolution in spring that really worked for you and what helped make it a success? Yes. The one health problem that I work on continuously is my A1C has been on the high side and my goal is to get it below 7 now it's about 7.2 the high point being 8 and then I went down to 7.5 and on my last seance it was 7.2 so it's doing it's going in the right direction so that's my that's my goal It's a great goal. Okay, next question. Have you ever made a health resolution?
