When the season changes from winter into spring, this could relate to an activity, diet, mindset, or even daily habits. Emma, I can't hear you. Have you muted yourself? Can you hear me now? Yes. Oh, how bizarre! Would you like me to repeat the question? Yes, please. Right, okay. Are there any personal goals you hope to start or restart as the season changes? I mean, this could relate to an activity, mindset or daily habits? Yeah, so sorry, as I was saying when I was on mute, I think those kind of real strong intentions for me are actually built around January, February time. I think at the start of the year, I tried to really set these very clear intentions for what I want. And that kind of is very cliche, but that kind of diet mentality, I can't help it, but that kind of starts in January. But I think as we go through to spring, that just becomes a lot So I think during January, that's where we kind of have those typical like new year, new me conversations. But I think as we move to spring and that kind of energy for life comes back in, I think it's easier to kind of follow through with that. But I'd say for me personally, those intentions are sort of started during those January, February months. And then as soon as we kind of come into Easter and spring, that's when it becomes a bit easier. So I think goals for me usually start around running. So I try and kind of, I normally start my couch to 5k journey again in spring. It's a yearly thing. Cause I'm not very good at running, but I do really love it. I love kind of getting out and about and the dog loves it. So I'm not a natural runner, but I feel like those sorts of getting outside and, you know, I think running is so accessible because it's essentially free. You don't have to pay for a class or go into a gym. you know, it's something that's so accessible for everybody. And even, yeah, and I think for me, this year actually during spring, I started just going for a walk and I would jog when I felt like it. And when I felt awful, then I started walking again. And it was just very organic. Like I would just go for a walk and I would jog for a little bit as long as I felt comfortable, and then I would walk and then I would jog again. And eventually you could kind of, I could jog more and more. And I think obviously that's gonna stop unfortunately as we go into winter. I think around spring that's when I start looking to do those sorts of things because it's easier, it's less muddy, it's less cold, we have more time. So I think, yeah, exercise starts moving outside again for me in kind of around springtime. Oh, thank you very much. And have you made a health resolution in the spring that really worked for you? And if so, what helps make it a success? I know I've asked about resolutions each season, but it's really, really very important to get them.
