While holding the black stationary grip, push the gray deployment grip forward, completely advancing the inner sheath. Verify that the gray deployment grip has reached or passed the black line on the handle. As you advance the stent graft, you will see the middle marker bands rotating and aligning to the desired position along the greater curvature. Confirm proper position in preparation for deployment. Rotate the controller to position 2. Retract the grade deployment grip to uncover the bare and first covered stent. If necessary, make any final longitudinal adjustments by changing the controller back to position 1 and moving the grade deployment grip proximally or distally to adjust the stent graft to the desired location. Change the controller back to position 2 and proceed to retract the grade deployment grip in one continuous motion. At this point, the stent graft is fully deployed and the bare metal stent is still attached to the delivery system. Remove the apex release retainer by loosening the thumbscrew. Release the bare stent by pulling the apex release grip marked number 3 completely towards the guide wire lure. At this point, the stent graft is in the final position. Rotate the controller to position 4. Under fluoroscopy, retract the stainless steel rod to reseat the tip into the outer sheath. At this point, completely remove the delivery system.
