Thank you very much. Very, very helpful, very insightful. Now, thinking about positive health behaviours and attitudes, are there any that feel especially relevant to you in the summer? Why that one? Yeah, I think attitudes that feel relevant to me in the summer is like, I think not being as hard on myself is one that comes up for me in the summertime around healthy habits, because I'm prioritizing what's important to me. So being able to prioritize that, I wanna spend time with my kids. I wanna go to all these fun places with them. I want to see my friends and my family and that to me is so important. And so, you know, yeah, I might let some of my healthier habits go a little bit, but I try my best not to like beat myself up about that. I think, um, that goes back to some of the things I had said earlier with just like focusing on, okay, this meal, this is what it looked like, and we're going to make a different change at the next one or whatever the case is, and just giving myself that grace to still enjoy what I'm doing and have fun and be a part of everything without turning it into something where I'm like doing negative self-talk or beating myself up about the things that I've eaten or done or whatever that haven't supported my health goals. Excellent. Absolutely. Very, very insightful and very helpful. Thank you. Now, my next question related to some of the points that you previously made. Have you discovered any strategies that help you stay on track with your health in the summer? What I mean is, what works for you? Would you recommend anything to others? Yeah, yeah. So I think it goes back to me, that communication. So being able to share with my family and friends the things that I am finding difficult and ways that I need support from them or things that could support me just in general over the summertime. I think that communication is key and setting those expectations. That's really helpful in getting the support that I need and not being afraid to advocate for yourself. You know, yeah, I want to have a good time and yeah, I want to have fun. And it's also true that like my health is still important over the summer and being able to speak up for myself and feel empowered to say, hey, look, this is what I need, that's hard. That's scary for a lot of people, me included. And it took a while of feeling uncomfortable saying it before finally I'm like, I've said it enough that I just am like used to saying it now, but taking that step to really say, hey, here's what I need and the support that I need and keeping that communication flowing I think is really important.
