Thinking about positive health behaviors and attitudes, are there any that feel especially relevant for you in the summer? And why? And I would say it's more my psychological health that does better in the summer than my physical health. I don't know that I do any major changes physically, but I definitely have a better mindset and obviously that rubs off on your physical health as well. Sure. And have you discovered any strategy to stay on track with your health in the summer? I mean, what works for you and would you recommend anything to others? I don't think there's anything that I do differently in that aspect in the summer. At this stage of my life, I kind of trust my body to tell me, all right, I don't just eat because it's time to eat. You eat because you're hungry, you stop eating when you feel like stopping eating. I think we all learned a long time ago that being told to clean your plate is not always the best advice to go by. So I think I kind of let my body tell me what I should or should not be doing. Excellent, thank you very much. And how do you stay supported or connected with your community of care providers during the summer? I mean, what role do they play? You know, I'm pretty good about maintaining my appointments and things like that and taking the drugs that have been prescribed for me. I like my primary care provider and don't hesitate to make an appointment if I have an issue. By and large, I was seeing him next month and when I saw him six months ago, his response was just keep doing what you're doing. You're doing well and And that's all you need to hear, really. I want him to help me when I need the help, but I also want those pats on the head that say, okay, you're doing okay, this is good for you.
