Yeah, as I say, I couldn't do it on the second day. We had two attempts for me to just pad a very short distance to the chair and sit there. But, so we left it a little bit until So if I say day one was the day of the surgery, day two, the day after, it wasn't until day three, two days after the surgery that I was able to sit up without my blood pressure dropping worryingly. So, and I'll mention something about fitness in a minute, but I was then quite comfortable just shuffling a few steps. doing a bit of walking on the spot, which is what the physio wanted me to do, and then sitting down. Obviously there was stuff hanging out, I had lines coming out of my both wrists, or not wrists, but both of my hands, and I had three lines coming out of my neck from the the jugular on the right hand side of my um as i as i feel it on the right hand side of my neck here so there was quite a bit of stuff hanging off me not to mention the epidural which was still in my back of course so it was a bit it's always a bit awkward but but i felt okay
