I'd always understood there to be risk issues related to smoking and diet resulting from high cholesterol, but it was always in my mind that these were more kind of you know inward facing furring issues and narrowing of the arteries, I hadn't a clue that aneurysms were actually kind of in my lay view the opposite and that you know there's a kind of hardening and additional kind of brittleness resulting from an aneurysm, that's what I understand it to be anyway so no I hadn't heard, I'm sure I knew the word that I hadn't really considered it.
