To that extent, any training programs can be helpful, as long as it's one's own voice rather than the trainers that one is hearing. And so we do well at mindfulness when we are becoming the authors of our own lives, if we are living out the hopes and dreams of our trainer, or what our trainer thinks about ourselves, and it isn't working as well.
