Mindfulness has to be right for everybody because mindfulness as an end means being truly ourselves. So I'm truly in touch with our thoughts and our feelings and bodies, with our relationships, with doing what we really want to be doing in life, and to be fully awake, and fully alive and fully in the present. So of course, it's for everybody. but it might not be the right time for everybody to be pursuing it. And one needs to find the right way at the right time, at the right pace, if it is going to be a long term thing and if it's not going to be something that one takes on like a New Year's resolution and by the 31st of January, you've forgotten about it. You know, one is in this one is trying to find reality, one's trying to find one's soul, one's deepest self, and it will take time to get there. And it will take, of course, some people much longer than others. Such is life.
