Absolutely, very important indeed. Thank you very much. And in the spring, this is our last question of this section. In the spring, when you look ahead over the coming months, What does a healthy spring look like for you personally? It looks like I've lost another 30 pounds. I don't expect that much but for me it's just getting through Just trying to wake up with a positive attitude in the morning. I have bipolar disorder with severe anxiety and depression and also PTSD. So for me, it's pretty much a 50-50 chance that I'm going to wake up in a good mood. And sometimes I'm going to wake up and not know why I'm in a bad mood. But the thing is, is that moving forward through my day, I have to try to somehow find the positive in the day, in the spring is the perfect season for it. But it's also a rainy season, so plans change, things get, you know, have to be rescheduled, but you always have to say, okay, well, let me switch gears and, you know, move on to the next thing. But trying to just just going forward, being positive is probably the biggest thing for me during this season. It's just, I feel lighter, weight wise, health wise, mentally, even in the rain. Excellent. Well, thank you very much. Very well concluded. Now what we're going to do is then we're moving on to the summer season.
