If you were to encourage someone in your community to take a positive step for their health this spring, what would you say to them? What kind of motivation or support would you share? Keep their weight in check, make sure they get enough exercise and eat healthy. Diet, diet, positive dietary. Yeah, that's great encouragement. Okay, next question. Thinking about the kinds of behaviors and attitudes we looked at, is there one that really speaks to you over spring and why that one? Tell me again, please. Yeah, well the things about healthy eating, getting enough sleep, engaging with health care, moderating alcohol, and all sorts of things. Well, I don't drink, so that's not a problem. I do have a sweet tooth, so my goal is to try to watch my sugar intake, such as sometimes with lunch. I'll go out with my wife and I'll get a soda. But I'm trying to get more like unsweetened iced tea, that type of stuff. So I'm trying to stay away from the high sugar content stuff. Yeah, yeah, I get what you're saying. The next question is, what support do you think people, what support do you think helps people stay on track with their health goals in spring? I'm thinking about the community, reminders, planning, mindset. Well I think the support group of when I when I see some of the medical professionals you know they if they're positive and they say like the guy when you know he said well you're at 7.2 you're really tending in the right direction. That's very meaningful because it means that what I'm doing is working. On the other hand, if somebody said you're at 7.2, you really should be at 5.6. You're still way high. That's not positive. So I like people that really take the positive approach as opposed to the negative approach.
