Are there any changes in how you care for yourselves or engage with health services during the pandemic? Check-ups, vaccinations, changes in habits? Good question. Absolutely. Because I have kids and grandkids, I'm really into vaccinations and making sure everybody is on top of their vaccinations, I wanna get the things I need. And the kids are all going back, they're in school now, so now you have a lot of different things to worry about. But yeah, definitely I wanna make sure I have all my tests done. I usually do a full blood draw twice a year, and then I get the vaccinations probably always in around September to try to head off any flus or whatever else, COVID, whatever else we've got going on. But I'm very vigilant about getting those things done, and done early enough so I hopefully don't fall prey to them. Absolutely, absolutely. And what kind of support or guidance would be helpful from healthcare professionals at this time of the year? Practical, emotional, or seasonal planning? Oh, I think it would be helpful if we got some support or help with trying to see about seasonal affective disorder. I think that would be helpful because people may not understand why they're feeling kind of blah. And maybe if you saw an article about it, you can say, wow, that sounds like what I'm going through and ways to alleviate it with the bright lights or whatever they recommend. And also certainly remind us for getting vaccinations. important to have in front of you because you can slip and say oh I forgot you know a couple of different things that we have to have pneumonia there's so many so having the reminders there through the portal will be excellent.
