Healthcare Provider's Role

I'm thinking about things like preparation, communication, types of care, what could a health care provider, what could health care providers do differently to better support people? Definitely communication, when you communicate and you know reminders and stuff sometimes you know we forget reminders and communication is always key to me. It helps me because like I have so many things going on in life and so many I'm so busy is sometimes I'll things slip my mind but if you have that little notification that communication is a reminder like oh okay oh I totally forgot about that I'll do it right now.
