Attitudes we went through, are there any that feel particularly relevant to you in summer and why that one? Summer is the quantity of times that you eat, you know, sitting here being disabled and all, I limited the food and now I have my little Meals on Wheels packages, So I eat two times a day, plus coffee. I don't eat nothing for breakfast. I know I should. I drink coffee, lunch time, I go to the mall, go to somewhere to get something to eat, whether it be a carry-out place, or a McDonald's drive-thru, or, and then on the way home, maybe get something and have dinner. Then after dinner, have a snack, some chips, or some ice cream, or, you know, it was a nonstop eating. That is, it was always, So you need something to do to keep your mind in. If you put your thoughts toward, you can never stop. I mean, you should stop, that's what I'm saying. It'll catch you because once you start, it's hard to stop, I should say. Yeah, that's really, really good. Okay, have you discovered any strategies that help you stay on track with health in summer? What works for you, what would you recommend? Well, I hate to say it, I recommend Ozimbic if anybody's like me, that's morbidly obese and quite a few people are now because of the way our society is. I would recommend to the politicians and to the healthcare industry to outlaw sugar, make sugar a controlled substance because sugar is killing more people than heroin or crack or fentanyl or alcohol, anybody. More people die. Children, if you look at kids, it's so sad. It's almost maddening how fat these kids are today. I mean, there needs to be more control of the sugar intake of our society. I mean, and I didn't realize it. I used to think peanut butter was a healthy snack, and I used to take peanut butter on saltine crackers just for evening thing, until I looked at the side of the peanut butter thing is peanut butter is sugar. That's all it is. Peanuts, ground up peanuts with a big, big, big amount of sugar in it. Do you need to be conscious and look at the labels and see what you're eating? Because you don't realize what you need until, you know, until somebody tells you or. Or you take it on your own to look, but. The sugar intake of American people is just ridiculous, and like I say, they put it in everything just to get you to want to eat it because it makes you feel good. Yeah, so. There should be a lot more done, you know. Maybe they should put tariffs on sugar, make sugar ten times the price of this, get people to use less of it. I don't know.
