I feel like I'm going to be a bit of a broken record here. So spring I'll again try and a goal to stay healthy, exercise. What I find works for me is when I get into the habit, I then almost don't want to break the habit. So that works. But I think the hardest bit is actually getting into the habit. And then once you're in it, I feel like I can be more consistent because I don't want to break that cycle. Yeah. It is really good. Those are insights that are . So doing small things, little changes each day or each week can make a massive impact. And then once you're in starting to make those changes, I think it feels less overwhelming to then take bigger steps and make bigger changes. And it's more around having achievable goals that you can actually stick with. So it's more of a change of lifestyle rather than, you know, going really hard on exercising for two hours a day every day to lose weight. It's more around what's actually sustainable in the long run. Yeah, at the risk of me sounding like a broken record, it's like, you know, gold, the gold after that, really, really.
