Do you set yourself any personal goals for your health during the winter? And if you do so, what are they? And how do you go about reaching them? I haven't lately. I don't, you know, I don't usually set goals by, like, season in that way, you know. I tend to start at the new year, like everybody else, is when I set goals, or when my doctor yells at me. So you know, I, with my, with exercise and with food, I do have an app that tracks what I eat. A few years ago, I was diagnosed with high blood pressure. My doctor told me to watch my sodium. And so I have an app that you put in what you eat and it tells you how much sodium you have. So my sodium dropped 50% over the course of a couple of, you know, a month or two because I knew what I was eating. And I was very, you know, I cut out a lot of things that were just very high in sodium. So things like that, I do. And now that is a habit, like I don't have tons of sodium in my food because I know what to avoid now, so that's always, you know, pretty, that's a positive, kind of a permanent change that doesn't, the seasons don't necessarily affect that because I'm always watching that. So yeah, I mean, I don't do anything special in the winter. I should, probably, because I do get kind of sedentary. Sure. And if you could give someone advice about staying healthy in the winter, based on your own experience, what would you tell them? Hmm. I don't know if I'd be the right person to ask for advice for that one. You know, I think, again, like I said before, I think it's just little habits, you know, sometimes for me personally in the winter, it's hard to do big things, you know, it's hard to say I'm going to go to the gym every day or I'm going to the gym five nights a week or that kind of feels like it's too much and I feel like I don't want to set myself up to fail, like that's the worst thing is to feel like you take a big goal and you do 10%. like it's a horrible feeling. But doing like small things, I think just, you know, whatever, even if it's get your steps in or drink, you know, drink water, like any little those little things just kind of add up. I think that's probably advice I should give myself in the winter is to just do the small things that can keep you active enough where you're not, I'm not gaining weight, I'm not losing my flexibility that I gained do it for the summer when I was exercising or things like that, I think that would be my advice.
