Another question is, do you set yourself any personal health goals during winter, and if so what are they and how do you go about achieving them? So of course my weight is always a goal of mine, at this point I'm just trying to maintain my weight. So that's one of the goals. And just small things, the exercise piece. It's so hard for me to stay consistent with exercise. Like I said, I'm all in or I'm all out. So I have to be more consistent with that. So that's one of the challenges that I'm facing. Just being consistent with that. Of course I'm going to eat. I know I'm going to eat. not up for debate. I just got to know, I got to eat, I got to exercise, so I just have to get it in my mind. That's something internal that I have to to deal with on my own because nobody's going, you know, it is what it is. It is what it is, yeah. I was going to ask you, if you could give someone some advice about staying healthy in winter, what would you tell them? Maybe you you can draw from your own experiences? Be consistent. Be consistent. Again, set realistic goals. Try to plan out your day if you can, as far as what you're going to do, meal prepping. Just be up to date with all your doctor's appointments and things like that. Because I know I have a friend and he'd be like, I don't need to go to the doctor's. I use the bathroom every day. And I'm like, but you about 500 pounds, you know, so just, um, you know, being, um, knowing your primary care physician, some people don't even have a primary care physician, they just go to urgent care patient first. And that's how to get seen. Just having somewhere where you can, you know, you can contact if something is wrong, being consistent, you know, being consistent with what you're doing, whether you're, you're middle prepping or you're exercising, um, making sure you take care of your mental health. It's so much going on in the world today that you have to take care of your mental health. If you don't have a therapist or you don't want to talk to somebody, just write down your thoughts, do whatever helps you to clear your mind and to release some of that negative stuff because it's so much going on and everybody is going through so much, whether it's job layoffs and what prices and everything going up. It's just so much going on. So you just got to know what you need to do to take care of yourself. you
