I think I'm supposed to pin your screen so that we don't get me. Here we go. Now, spring is often seen as a time for new beginnings. What health-related changes or intentions are you considering for spring? So I haven't been exercising so recently with my sorority. I've been walking every Sunday, which I did today for an hour. Also, just spring, like the video said, it is like a fresh start. And the weather is nice. It's a good time to go outside. So I do do a lot of festivals and outside activities and things like that. I am not a member of a gym, but I'm looking to join a gym because my husband attended Life Bridge Gym, so I was asking him about that. So I do plan on visiting that gym just to exercise. I do have equipment here. I have a bike. I have the lipical and I have a treadmill here. So I have stuff in my house to do, but it get boring after a while just there by yourself doing it. And then also just fresh fruit and vegetables. The farmer's market has opened here in Baltimore and it's every Sunday and me and my husband usually do that on Sundays where we get fresh fruit and vegetables and flowers just so we can meal prep and things like that. I do most of the cooking and things in the house. So spring is a good time, one of my favorite seasons.
