Would you like to start by saying what you've just had done? Okay, so a very close vein surgery in my right leg I previously had a surgery 26 days back and I know the first time when anyone had a surgery they feel uncomfortable, they don't know how they do the surgery they will be panicking and there's a lot of fear that what will happen what is going to happen how the doctors are going to do but I had the second experience I know when the doctor come in I know that along with the doctor there is a team in that one there will be a one person either should be male or female that person's job is to try to talk to the patient about different issues what they like what they don't like and they watch movies they watch football or anything any topic they pick up some topic and try to distract the patient attention towards what's going on with with his or her leg so that doctors can do their job fine and they distract in order to do the operation successfully distract the patient's attention and try to take him into the other world. It's like not taking physically, it's about the mentally they will distract him. Physically you are in on the bed lying down the doctor is doing the operation the other team are helping the doctor to giving the foam injections or other essential accessories which need for the operation but the doctor will be very good and this doctor is a very nice as well he will say there is a sharp nick but it's not small sharp nick it's a big one but they will say it's a little bit because so that the patient feel it's little it a patient will take little lightly so I suggest other patient to take it lightly and let cooperate with the doctor to do his job make him feel comfortable give him a full cooperation so that he can do he can put his heart so do extra mile so he can closely watch and closely do try to find what is the root cause and he can sort it out it will take he'll because you know that if you don't cooperate it takes a lot of time if you cooperate it will be easy and operation will be done instead of hour it's in minutes minutes means doesn't mean just one or two minutes maybe 25 minutes 30 minutes half of the bit will be solved by the cooperation of the patient. Other thing after the operation surgery they will suggest you to wear the stockings you have to wear the stockings for a couple of weeks time if you feel pain or anything just you need to have a paracetamol and apart from that you need to keep on walking every now and then keep yourself active you don't feel sitting don't want to walk in the house just go to the high street look talk to the people chair up just walk for a while and sit on the bench go again walk like this try to spend more time on activities you feel little bit pain but you have to be more stronger, motivate yourself, do something, be physically active, think that nothing has happened, don't think in the way, the way you think it look like that, so it's better not to think, more concentrate on doing activities, drink plenty of water, have a regular meal, shortest meal, instead of three times do it five times but equally cut down the portion so that you feel light and you want you consume the energy and afterwards if you go for walk you need more energy later on you can have a snacks and other things, fruits, milk which can help you. You don't need to avoid any food but you have to be little bit more cautious about what you are eating in terms of the diet. You may need some help from the doctor you can ask what you can't eat but I think that you can eat everything but in a small portion and I wish everyone good best of luck so that don't they don't they don't need to panic be cooperate wait for the turn when the turn come think and pray with the God whatever faith whatever religion you think is best do it God is one love for all hate for none thank you
