There you go. I'm going to ask you a question then I'll pause for a second and if you could respond however you'd like. The first question is spring is often seen as a time for new beginnings. What health related changes or intentions are you with regards to spring if you put yourself in that mindset of spring? Well, I've recently just started. I'm still engaging in a weight loss program because of my diabetes and as well as I needed to lose a weight for my two knee operations. I was too heavy to have my knees replaced. So I'm on a very conscious effort to continue losing weight using their Zembic and I've been trying to get more active, but it's tough when I have the unit. I had in the next year since April 9th of last year, I had both my knees replaced and as well as I broke my ankle and I had a steel plate and screws put in my ankle. So losing weight is my spring thing and I'm doing pretty well and I've lost 80 pounds, so. Amazing, that's really great. Are you holding a phone or are you on your laptop? Just my phone, I don't have a laptop. That's right. Is it possible to just stabilize it on something or do you have to hold it just so people don't get seasick? I've just had to stay, I'll use my hands so I can read and see better, but I can see better now. All right, brilliant. Okey-dokey. So the next question is, are there any personal goals you're hoping to start or restart as the season changes? You mentioned weight, you know, this could relate to activity, diet, mindset or daily habits? Well, the daily habits is it goes with the starting a new thing of trying to move more. I've always been an efficient person, which means I didn't waste a lot of energy doing things. So I've been trying to get more healthy by trying to walk more. And, you know, I was thinking about joining the YMCA. So I started swimming. My health care provider has a free, free, free health care set up for my health. So I just kind of think about transportation for that. I want to join that so I can start swimming and get, you know, get better in shape. Amazing, amazing. Have you had have you ever made a health resolution in spring that really worked for you in the past? What helped make it a success for you? Oh, I. Seems like I've always tried for one reason or another to lose weight, but it didn't really start taking effect until I started doing the exam. I mean, it was always frustrating because I always. When I was younger, I was poor, so we didn't have a lot to eat, too. Well, I started getting money of my own. I started eating more and eating more and eating more. And the diets felt like I was pushing myself. So I always had a battle between between sure I get something to eat or not. And also at the same time, I have a thing where eating is not just to eat. It's just for stimulation, you know, you get that stimulation that always tastes junky, I should say, but it's all been resolved with my Ozemvic, so I'm happy for that.
