Self-care is critical to anybody's well-being and physical and emotional development and reaching goals. It's kind of the first step because if you understand self-care, then you can be more motivated to understand that health, stress, all these things lead to you being more open to what can you do about those things. It's all under the self-care analogy. So in the fall, especially, winter's coming, so let's talk about self-care. And what does that mean to you? Is that getting a massage? Is that just taking time for yourself even to walk somewhere, shopping, going somewhere, a trip that was unplanned, but what a perfect time to do it before the winter sets in and you're kind of hunkering down again. So I think now that I'm focusing on it, I think it's a beautiful thing for us as healthcare providers and a Jewish community center to offer me more when winter sets in. So I'm gonna add it just because we're thinking about it now and I was asked about it. Thank you for bringing that up.
