Let's hear your routine's reflection and seasonal preparation, and with that in mind, the first question would be, how does the transition to full affect your overall health or daily routine, what I mean is, do the shorter days, cooler weather, or return to routine bring specific changes for you? I'm cognizant that this is a time of year that is comfortable in terms of our temperatures. We tend to keep it warm until November here. And I like that because it doesn't stop me from going out and doing some of the activities, physical activities, I guess I start seeing the change in the leaves falling. I look down and say, oh dear, it's coming. And that can do a little job on my psyche. But overall, I still stay active and I still am eating well in the fall. Sleeping probably a little better because it's cooler at night because I need a little cold temperature to sleep well. But I also know that I'm preparing for the dreaded winter. and trying to come to terms with the fact that it's going to come to an end soon, but I love it fall. It's crisp, all kind of good things out here that are all apple related, everything is healthy with apples and making smoothies and I enjoy fall, I like I think three seasons out of four I like. Thank you very much, okay and moving on and on that note are there any particular challenges that tend to arise for you during the fall months.
