How do you usually feel about the summer season? it inspire a challenge or change your approach to health? As I say, I don't tolerate the heat very well. And because of my living situation, I'm not, we used to be big time travelers. They're not, we don't have, you know, we don't travel anymore. If you stay inside, every season is much like the others. I find summer more limiting because I don't tolerate the heat and so if it's really hot outside, I find it very draining. So it's best for me, I'm an early riser and that's a good thing because that's the best time of the day for me in the summer to get up and get started and then I can fully understand countries that take siestas in the middle of summer because that would appeal to me definitely. Excellent and I know you have touched on holidays and but I'm sorry for persisting. Do you find that holidays or travel affect how you manage your health in the summer And in what ways when you travel? Well, I'm not able to travel anymore. We used to be big time travelers and I do not regret any traveling we ever did. I was fortunate enough to be able to do quite a bit of international travel. We actually lived in Scotland for six months at one point. Oh, nice. Yes, very nice. And they were the good months in Scotland, so it was March to September, so that was perfect. And certainly, not just the travel itself, but the anticipation of it and the memories from it, those are the things that really made it special. And I think that I felt more invigorated, even during the planning process, as well as the, if you're in a different place, you don't want to waste your time. You know, you're not going to sit in a corner and read a book if you're in London or if you're in Paris or, you know, wherever you may be. So I think that for those who can do it, travel can be a really healthy experience. Excellent. you
