My pain management doctor, he said, well, we're going to try this. And I love them, because I love them, because they see me when I was in pain and suffering, and then they see me when I change. So I get a lot of information. I see pamphlets in the doctor's office. I picked those up, but, you know, because I forget, I forget. So. OK, amazing. Look, another question for you is. You know, this they were creating an online community and I'll show you how to join it, but what could this community do to support you or other people in the over the fall going into winter? So far as community, telling me, telling me the experiences, what I, you know, need to do. Oh, and also the doctors, they suggested, you know, get the flu shot. And I'd be like, no, no, I don't want to be feeling like that because I don't get sick that much. community, well, your community support. You know, if they nice and they, you know, information too. So, because I can take constructive criticism and I love to get information. that's going to help me. And so far as my community, if they get to know me, it's okay to give me constructive criticism. I'm very open-minded to that, and I hope that I can stay with that because that would be nice, you know. that's beautiful. Now the last one for the fall is looking ahead to the fall and through the fall. What are your hopes for your health over the fall and are there any goals or changes or intentions that you intend to make for the fall? Um, basically the same thing. Um, work on my, my weight, and my eating habits. Those are like, basically my, my main goal. And oh, and mentally, I'm kind of lightening my stress slow. My moving, I have to think about that. And so my, um, all right, I forgot the rest. Okay, what about your health problems for the fall? Switching my clothes. Taking, you know, suggestions if I, you know, because if I have any questions, I'll call the doctors, I'll call my friend, I'll call people and ask them to, you know, to take their suggestions. those things which is losing weight, eating right, or I mean, you know, maybe that's just not the thing that I'll talk about, you know. I might be in a conversation, I might get around to, you know, those things because, you know, sometimes it's just not about, well, my kids do differently, but other people are are more compassionate. So I think that's what I look for. I have to because of my memory since I hit that my head at that concrete. So be patient. People, whether it's your community, my community, just patience with me because when it started happening, I noticed that it was happening. It was really bad, you know, so I couldn't really remember what a lot of people told me, so I'll call back and I'll let a person, especially if it's important, you know, information, repeating that, writing it down, and just, you know, well, the weather, you know, when the weather change, you change your clothes or whatever, but anything that I, any question that I have, the people that I care about and love, I get my information on certain, you know, certain things that I don't know. I know a lot of stuff now from my experience. I'm 55 years old and my life experiences taught me a lot of things. But sometimes you can, you know, different weather, you know, people come out and of course some people like women have hot flashes like me, like the winter time and so yeah.
