Fantastic. Thank you very much. Now the next question is, that's the second last question of this section. How do you stay supported or connected with your community or care providers during the summer months, what role do they play? I don't have any people who have any real roles in my life right now. It is what I seek outside for me to go out seeking but no one comes directly to me. No one says that they are gonna make an appointment to come and see me or tell me, see how I am doing. None of that comes here. But if I really have an issue or something I need to deal with, I go to that doctor's office or to deal with whatever I need to do. So I think that in that, I am limited on that, because it is what I want for, what I seek for. It's not what someone is offering to me. Sure, sure. It makes perfect sense. Now my last question of this session is what would a healthy summer look like for you, your personality? What are you hoping to achieve or maintain this summer season? I would like to continue to be smiling, smiling, smiling, and I would like to be able to speak out in a pleasant way, not have anger or disappointment in my tone. Because it makes a difference when you're having a conversation to someone, how you sound because they have a different attitude to you when you are angry, when you are sad, when you are pushing, but when you are being pleasant and kind, they want to communicate with you. They want to spend time with you or even listen to what you have to say. I just think that it's just what you put, what you present for others to see and what and so it gives them the option to become a part of what you offer.
