What support do you think helps people stay on track with their health goals in the spring? Could be family, community, reminders, planning, mindset? Okay, what I've noticed, to me, that's new, that some of the insurance providers, yeah, of the insurance providers and even some of the pharmacies are getting these people on staff who call people who are taking certain medications and asking them how are you doing with it? Are you taking them regularly? Do you have an alarm set on your phone to help you? I like that. That's now us coming together. For the first time I really feel that we as patients and other providers, insurance and mixed pharmacies, are actually working as one. That's new to me. I absolutely We love it. Excellent, thank you very much. And what support do you think helps people stay on track with their goals in spring? I mean, we've discussed that. Next point, next question would be, how do you feel a health-shared community that we are forming with LifeBridge could help you or others build positive momentum during the spring season? Okay, I have to honestly give big kudos to Lifebridge's Express Care, Urgent Care Center, I think it's called Express Care where I go, where I live, because I really don't take kindly to going in places unless I really have to, but every time I've gone, I've had a very positive experience. So I love the fact that we are having urgent cares in the community. It used to be maybe only one. Now we've got choices, but I've had really good success with the one I go to, which is a Lifebridge Annex. And the people there have been very healthy, and I mean, excuse me, very helpful. And they make sure I come out healthy, which is a good thing. So I'm enjoying that relationship. Excellent. And my last question of this section is, You know, casting your mind back in the spring, as you look ahead over the next few months, what would a healthy spring look like for your personality? Honestly, I think that I'm doing most of the things I can do to make sure that this is going to work. I think I tell you about the allergies, I put that in check and I get the things I need, products I need. I become more active, which is obviously helping me and my weight's come, I've lost 43 pounds, which is a wonderful thing. And so getting rid of big clothes is a fun thing now, things that are too big, urging. So I just like to know that again, if I need help, I can reach out to a community provider and get some of the results or answers that I need to make sure I'm doing the best I can for my health. you
