Absolutely, thank you very much. And how do you feel the Bracknell Forest healthshare community could help you or others build sort of positive momentum during the spring season? Well, I think exactly in the way that I've just said, to be honest, because I mean, it can be used as an information sharing platform. So I think making sure that you're kind of creating engaging content, or maybe sharing recipes, or having that kind of community mindset about sharing things that are running, and maybe, oh, there's this running at Cranwood Community Centre, why don't you pop down on Saturday? And having that kind of conversational sharing of information that kind of builds that sense of community, which I think is really, really hard to do these days. I think back in the day, that kind of community center and that kind of like a sense of community was very vital. And I think we were kind of relying less on our phones but now I think we've become quite insular. And I think definitely in my generation that kind of feeling of community is sort of dwindled a little bit. So I think exactly what I just said really is just creating timely information in a conversational way, in a way that people can really resonate with it. And sharing fun things like recipes and kind of seasonal vegetables that some people might not have really thought of. So yeah, I think that would be really helpful. Thank you very much. And my last question on the spring season is that when you look ahead over the next few months in the spring, what would a healthy spring look like for you personally? So I think a healthy spring would be kind of having that energy and motivation to kind of get outside. I feel like managing my stress and I think what comes with that is finances. finances I think financial kind of stress sort of starts to lift a little bit as we get through spring so that sort of eases a bit organically without a huge amount of effort. I think kind of feeling confident with the goals that I've set and the way that I'm kind of living a healthy lifestyle and kind of constantly checking in and kind of staying in tune with myself and what my body needs. Yeah I think that would be a healthy spring for me. Excellent. Thank you very much.
