Lovely, thank you. And what support do you think helps people stay on track with their health goals in spring? I think spring often gives sort of, compared to the winter time, a lot more sunlight. So, know, perhaps make your goals that you really enjoy to the outdoor areas that might, you know, be useful to do. And, you know, if you do dip, you know, sort of don't blame yourself. And, you know, everybody have those steps and then just restart as long as you're, you know, happy with the activities that you're working with. Thank you. And how do you feel a health-shared community, so community on health shared, a virtual community, could help you or others build positive momentum during the spring season? I think more connections in the community because some of the services, not all, but we all seem to be busy doing our, you know, performing our role. So have an opportunity to come together. I think that's very important in the health, share health service environment on to you know perhaps the practice that you know we know they've got limited capacity but if they're back office like the patient participations you know we'll be able to work very closely with the patients in preventions and the lifestyle activities that will really help with the prevention agendas locally I think. And as you look ahead over the next few months what would a healthy spring look like for you either you know for you for your community or for you personally? For me I think looking at looking out at the moment it's very very sunny so that's encouraged me to, you know, like I said before, going out and being more active. And then in the summer, I always set myself a challenge during summer, the summer time that I attend one sport events that I have to train for. So then, you know, I've got a goal to work with. So that's my personal sort of attempt to stay as healthy as possible. And sometimes as health professionals, then people think that you know everything. But it's always always that something new come out in new research that we can learn from. So, yeah, for the community, I think it's very much the same, just, you know, once you're connected, if you're new to the environment, that's really important to join a group or join a network that you can do any type of activity together. be dancing, running or anything that you have enjoyment and to, you know, do it as a small group or bigger group. But if you want to do it solo to start with, that's okay too.
