Okay, so how does the transition into autumn affect your overall health or daily routines? Do the shorter days, cooler weather or return to bring a specific? dear to my heart. Summer when summer's over, it's it's kind of a little bit of a sad time. Your daily grind, you're not you know, things are gonna start to get shorter, but the beauty of the leaves are changing, which is a beautiful thing here where we live, you can go out and take a ride. I got married right after the summer because it was like a difficult time for me to transition, you know, because I always hung out at a swimming pool. So when the pool summer was over, summer was over, you had a lot of loss, because you don't see these people until the next year. So you really have to think of the beauty and also put it yourself, that that will be again, it'll be a new story for me, but it'll be again. But autumn really is about change. That's I think is the biggest season of change, because everything changes, especially the leaves. And the rain, I went out and bought myself a really cute umbrella. And that way, when I'm out there, I can feel like Mary Poppins. I mean, seriously, I know that sounds crazy. But you don't feel the rain in a negative, you feel the rain is like we need the water, you know, we we don't have much flooding. If I was in Florida might be talking a little bit different. But, but for Baltimore, you know, we do get rain. And I think again, it's just dealing with what you're doing at the present. And just stay there. You know, when you go out, yeah, my shoes are gonna get wet. Yeah. You know, but I really want to do this, you know, I have a little bonnet in my wallet that probably like somebody 100 wears. But you know what, it keeps my head dry. So it's change and foods change. But the best thing about autumn is the squash, you know, the the butternut squash, all the things that we can eat, that are really good for us, there's a there's a small period of time, and then food start to get heavy. As the autumn changes, you know, different foods come into play. It's a lot more bread being made in the homes when, you know, winter's coming close. And the soups, heavy soups, so yeah, you switch your brain and you, you know, prepare yourself for like soups that aren't creamy.
