What are the challenges that tend to arise for you during the autumn months and how do you respond to those challenges? People become very busy in the autumn, so your connections aren't as easy. So you might call someone and they don't answer the phone and you've got that moment where like, you know, I really need to talk to someone. You have this, you have, you know, things that maybe grab a book, you know, I try to keep some things on my table, like about exercising, balance, try to like change that negative to a positive, I think the more that you can deal with your environment. Because before you say, Oh, my God, and you just put on the TV and the heck with it. You can't do that anymore. You know, you got to be in your environment and go with it. You can't change what's going on outside, like COVID. We were so isolated, you know, and it was very difficult. Well, I had, I had like a chain of people that we would call each other because we lived alone, you know, and then when I was working, and it was so isolated, I said, I gotta go back to work. But then I end up coming back home again. But, you know, it's just so terrible. But, but instead of focusing on COVID and being alone, my brother did my shopping, you have to use outlets that you know are going to help you don't go to someone like your neighbor who's like 200 years old, they can't go to the grocery store for you go to someone that can go to the grocery store for you. But at the same time, you feel good if you cook for your neighbor that 200 years old, you have to like, work in your environment work right in front of you. That's the biggest thing that I have really worked on during this whole time of changing my health over. It's a work in progress. I get that. You're a real champion for this stuff.
