What was your experience like in intensive care after surgery?

I was in the ICU for 5 days, it should have been 3 days, but after the 3 days there were no beds in the wards, so I had to stay another 2 days before I was transferred to the wards. I was in the world for two days. Yeah, because in total, I was in hospital admission for seven days when I was discharged. I went in on the 15th of September and was discharged on the 22nd of September. The nurses and the doctors were superb, but then you have other patients that were in great pain, and some of them will scream almost the whole day, and that didn't make it, you know, a very nice place to be.
