There is stigma. I want to believe that it's getting better, but it does exist, and people think there's all reasons. It's you that's been eating cakes and drinking too much Coke, and you're overweight in some cases, and it's not always because of what you're eating, but of course you need to cut down on these things anyway. But it's not the only reason why you have diabetes. And it's just understanding that it's a function of your body that's not working 100%, And it just happens to be your turn for diabetes. Not everybody's going to get it. And sometimes one member of the family has it, nobody else ever gets it. Or suddenly somebody has it and nobody in their family has got it. So it's just one of those things. And it's not, people get really upset about it and some people find it very difficult to understand why. But it's just one of those things. I know it sounds inane, but it is. I mean, I expected that I probably would have had diabetes because already it was in my family. But sometimes you don't know what's in your family. So these are things where families ought to talk about themselves, about what they know about their past history and things, which is often very helpful. But I have to say that I'm not happy to have diabetes, but I have a mantra and it's that I have diabetes, but diabetes does not have me. So I live with diabetes and it's got to understand it has a back place. So there is no sort of specific diet, but you eat in moderation, so that if you fancy a biscuit or a small piece of cake, you can have it, but you do not do it every day. So you just have to watch everything that you eat in moderation, even use a smaller size plate if necessary. But that is how I sort of carry my eating and that's how my life goes along.
