So it's a lot of training to yourself just to understand that if you go over the top then you're going to have a higher glucose, your HbA1c is going to go up and you have problems with your eyes, you have problems and you just, you just realize that, well, what's the point, you might as well not do it, so, but you're not cutting off everything, spoil the whole thing and make yourself feel that you're trapped and you can't. And then if you keep telling yourself you can't, then you will be eating the whole cake. So if you know that you could have a small piece occasionally, then it's not really tempting.
