Varicose Veins

So I present the ASVAL method, the ASVAL technique, which is a new way to treat varicose veins. It's based on the principle that the varicose veins are beginning on the little veins, on the tributaries, and reaching the main vein, the great saphenous vein, in the second step. And therefore we can limit the treatment to the tributaries in order to have a recovery of these veins. And it's a very new treatment because in the traditional treatment, the GSV is removed all the time. And by treating only the tributaries, you can keep the main vein and improve the venous drainage. And all the surgeries, all this treatment is done with local anesthesia and with microphlebectomy in a very minimally invasive treatment which doesn't need hospitalization and the patient can go back to home immediately after the surgery.
