Oh yes, you simply open one of the individual sterile packs and you'll find the cloth is pre-moistened and ready to use on the wound. wound. It has a special solution that deep cleans, softens hard skin, adds moisture to the wound bed and surrounding skin, plus soft loop technology to catch loose particles. The top tip is to wrap a section of the cloth around your gloved finger and use a polishing motion in the wound bed and around the wound edge. Once that section is soiled, adjust the cloth to a fresh section and continue as needed. Both sides of the cloth can be used which means just one cloth can cleanse a whole limb. You don't need to wash it off or dry your leg, just let the solution continue to do its work. This helps remove the biofilm and will encourage your wound to heal.
