I think the health care communities can benefit individuals by putting together a community of individuals who share similar desires or perhaps a similar disease issue that they're trying to address. And I find that when you're trying to do something alone, it isn't as motivating as when you have others around you that are both holding you accountable but also cheering you on to continue to move forward. when we talked earlier about setting goals, sometimes it's easy to set a goal and just fall off the wagon and forget about it. But when you have other people around you who have your best interests and you have their best interests, I think it creates a sense of energy and a sense of momentum and a sense of enthusiasm that you couldn't get without that kind of community surrounding you. So I'm very bullish on the whole idea of health Thank you.
