Excellent, thank you very much Ammar. Let's hear Julie's perspective and we are obviously starting with the first question. How do you usually feel about the summer season? Does it inspire, challenge or change your approach to health? Now think about routine, energy levels or well-being. Thank you. And with regards to summer here, we get very hot and lots of humidity. It tends to make me not want to be out in that necessarily as much because it is so uncomfortable. So I'll start to probably not go out as much so but I will still go out and get my son on occasion and still walk early in the morning. But as the seasons are changing I feel better because the allergy now is gone. I'm feeling so much better, more energized. I love the longer nights and you're over there in the place where I think it stays lighter, longer even, across the pond, right? And so here, I just think it's a time of also making sure that all the sun I've been getting, it's probably not a bad idea to take a little skin assessment, make sure I don't see things that I don't want to see or go see my dermatologist so they can do a skin check. And I really look forward to it because now it's a summer, all the greatest foods and fresh things are out in the produce stands. I get excited about them. And so I'm feeling really great. Summer is just magnificent.
