Think of summer as a time of more activity and healthier food, you know, who doesn't want to pick fresh fruit or fresh tomatoes, you know, those types of things. But there's many challenges because people go on vacation and they're not in their kind of, you know, regular eating habits. And so, you know, people are out buying food on the boardwalk or, you know, at the stand or they're traveling, what's in the rest stop, what's being served on the plane, you have to be prepared for that. And that's a challenge. Not everybody's going to be thinking about as they pack their clothes, what to pack that they're eating. The same thing with, with activity, again, with vacation, depending on what kind of vacation in your planning, you may or not be active like you usually are or like you try to be. You may be sitting around more, things like that and roasting s'mores. And the one other thing which is interesting is sufficient sleep. The days are much longer. So we are not going to hibernate at all. We wanna take every second of the day a lot of time. So we're definitely getting less sleep, whether on vacation or whether home in the summer. So these can all be challenges, especially when we're talking about our healthcare.
