Okay, I hope you are alright and we can get on with the treatment that we have discussed about. Since it is a very complex procedure, I would like to explain to you what does it involve and what are the risks and what benefit you are going to get out of this exercise that we'll be doing. The most important risk in this particular procedure is the blood supply to the kidney must be maintained and at the same time we have to protect your heart because the procedure involves many things which can have adverse effect on the heart and which my anesthetist colleagues are going to help us in trying to prevent any damage to your heart. As regard to the kidney, I will do my best to protect both the kidneys, but at the same time there is a very small risk that kidneys might be affected. Apart from that, the other risk that can be is the blood supply to your legs and we do everything possible again to protect the legs and there are very small risks that the blood supply to your intestine might be affected but again as I keep saying that these are very small risks. Overall the procedure takes around two hours and we have the best of the anesthetist available to us to do this case and I'm sure will come out quite successfully. Apart from this I can't think of any other major risk with this operation and recovery is usually good.
